A demonstration of a some of his favorite early music and instruments OR too many strings to count OR purchases he still has to explain to his wife…
Dan will demonstrate music of the Renaissance Lute (c.1500-1630), the Baroque Lute (c.1630-1770), the French Lute, the Baroque Guitar (c.1640-1740) and the Theorbo (c.1600-1700)
Part of the 2025 NC HIP Music Festival
60-70 minutes long, appropriate for elementary school and older (not for young children).
